The Eastern Colorado Roundup

Late July and early August in Akron, and the rest of Washington County, turns to thoughts of the annual Eastern Colorado Roundup. The Roundup features fun for all ages with 4-H youth projects, good hamburgers and cotton candy. Horse, swine, goats, cattle, sheep and poultry all call the Washington County Fairgrounds home during this annual event.

Bring the family to watch the arena events like the Rodeo or the NSPA Tractor Pull. Saturday, July 29th will be a great show featuring Top Country Music stars. All event information can be found in the Fairbook. Click here for a copy of the 2023 ECR Fair Schedule or the 2023 ECR Fairbook

There will be a Fair Church Service Sunday July 30th in the Event Center. The public is invited.

Breakfast is at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Service at 10:30 a.m.

Gates for the Sled pull will open at 6pm on Thursday and for the Concert Saturday at 7pm. For ticket information, please call (970) 345-2760.

Advanced tickets for the concert are $20, $25 for tickets on the day of the concert.

Thurs: Noon – 7:00 p.m.

Fri: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sat: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
